Hi @rbuxbaum,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post! We appreciate the suggestion and can certainly forward the feedback.
If you are looking to undo any typing message in your email draft, you can still use the CTRL + Z to undo what you have previously typed.
Thank you.

Ok. Well thanks for the Ctl Z Undo feature. I never knew about that. However is there not one of those backward arrow circles somewhere that I also don't know about?? How can they not have an UNDO feature???

Hello again @rbuxbaum!
CTRL-Z is a universal undo command whenever you're typing on a Windows based computer, no matter what application you're using. On Mac is Command-Z. On an iPhone you "Shake to Undo" by literally shaking the device.
The availability of universal undo commands built into the operating system of your device usually precludes the need for an undo button.
