I hhave been using rogers home internet from May 2024. At first the speed was decent and IB didn't have any issues. But recently it keeps dropping below 10 mbps for no reasons. I tried calling their CSR multiple times in the last few weeks. One person picked up and help me rebooting the system and it worked, but only for a few days. Today it really slowed down and I am currently now unable to even brows any website. I am calling their helpline from ast two hours and nobody is picking up. Honestly it's frustrating for me and I am thinking to switch to another provider. I am fed up with ther service.

A decline in speed over time can be of concern. There are several different factors that can impact the speeds.
