Hi,
I switched over to Rogers back in August from Bell. I have a 1.5gbps plan and for the last 2.5 - 3 weeks I’ve been receiving 95-98mbps download speed. This has left me confused.. I’ve ensured all updates are complete and tried rogers connection outside of bridge mode and also hard wiring straight into the rogers modem but no luck.
FWIW, I am in the L7A area. Any other suggestions?
Oh and yes I’ve called technical support but they were zero help.. we did the trouble shooting steps but they ensured there is nothing wrong even when we did a speed test. I had rogers at this same location throughout 2018-2021.. and never had this issue.

Speed dropping that low can be bothersome; we have yet to see any other reports from your area. I appreciate you working with the tech support and checking the speed in the gateway mode.
So, both the wired and wireless devices are topping out at 95-98 Mbps?
We can run diagnostics from our end; please keep us posted.
