Internet outages for a week

So internet is having interruptions, but outages more like it, everyday for the last week. I work from home and loss everything when it goes out like this. FIVE DAYS IN A ROW NOW. No one will give a explanation or time frame this will be continue. Their is a huge hole a few house down (2 weeks now) and I've seen someone working in it once. Anyone else dealing with this kind of service.
