internet service has been down since last Friday (Jul 28) but has not been fixed till today (Aug 1st). I called them the rep said the outage was fixed days ago and there's no current ongoing outage, and encouraged me to unplug the modem and re-plug.
Nothing they do will help to resolve the issue. we have a group chat for our condo building and everyone called Rogers got the same answer - "no outage detected, unplug and replug your modem".
Wonder what I can do at this point.

Thanks for sharing your experience in the community. I'm so sorry that your services were interrupted, I know it's not a fun situation to be in. 😞
Since posting, have your services been restored? It's definitely odd that we couldn't detect any issue, if your entire building was without service...I've never heard of that happening before!
