Internet on but cannot connect

Power has been out and back on but no connection on TV or other devices. I have reset the modem. What else could be the problem?

Sometimes it takes a little bit longer after power is restored for our services to come back online as our equipment may have been impacted by the power outage too and it takes longer to reboot than a modem does.
