Anyone has any suggestions about ignite internet and tv disconnecting 20 times a day for 5 mins.

I'd love to provide you with some suggestions but I'll need to know a little more first about the issues you're experiencing.
When you lose connection, does the light pattern on your modem change? Did the light start flashing or change colours? Do you have to reboot the modem to get it to come back online? Is there any construction ongoing in your area?
