Ignite went out yesterday. Flashing Green light. Went through the troubleshooting with Anna and a 2 specialists but no luck. Service Tech coming in a couple days. When I check to see if there is an outage in my area today it still says there are no issues. Does there need to be multiple customers down? Does it take more than 24hrs to see?

We're sad to hear that your service has been disrupted. Only area outages would be reported via Anna, if there is only one address or only a few address down if would not constitute an area outage. This appears to be a single address down.
If you have troubleshot this issue and it has not be resolved then a service technician would be needed.
Please let us know how things go after the tech visit.

My Ignite internet modem was doing that the 2 days i was without service during the outage - just a flashing green light. I thought since everyone else i knew was up, that the modem was toast. It wasn't, just took more time for my internet service to come back online!
