My system always goes down, they say they need to send technician over to look at my cables and equipment, yet the only one in the neighborhood with this same service and equipment experiencing issues!
I swear they cut me off on purpose to come in for inspection, been with them foe cable & internet services since 1999!
I just don't get it, somthing wrong & fishy with this!

No one gets cut off on purpose, that's a myth. My parents ignite kept having intermittent issues, it turned out it was a bad modem, the tech replaced it and the problem was solved. You should call and report the problem so it gets fixed. they will identify the issues and have it working, its their job
