I'm experiencing intermittent disconnect for my Rogers Internet

I've been here awhile

Issue started happening about a month ago. The cable modem light will go from solid white to flashing orange, and then will change to flashing green indicating its attempt to reconnect. Internet will then be back after that. The issue happens randomly and happens almost once per day. I suspect this might be a noise issue or even with the cables. Please investigate.

Is the coaxial cable (black or crème cable) at the back of the modem connected securely? Please be careful as sometimes these can be quite tight already and may be warmer than you might anticipate.

I've been here awhile
I spoke to a Rogers specialist and he said there was an issue in my area, and open a ticket C201378534.

Can you please update me on the status of the ticket?
