Fibre Optic Inet & TV

A rather specific question but, here goes...

Your contractor spent months installing fibre optic cables to each and every condo unit at Manulife (44 Charles St West Toronto) including my parent's. I was there when the 'final' check was done in their unit. Wondering when you intend to offer them something 'new'? They've got the wall plate with the ethernet-like jack in it, but they are still getting cable and Internet via good old fashioned cable. Wondering what your ('the') plans are?
