Do the Nokia Onts need to be returned?

RemyGratwohl
I've been around

Hey,

I recently moved units in my FTTH connected apartment building, and when the Rogers technician came to move over my internet service, he brought a new Nokia ONT to install. So now I'm wondering what I need to do with the old one in the other unit? Should I just leave it for the next person to potentially use, or do I return it to Rogers? I asked the technician and he didn't give a clear answer. Posting here first because I'm not sure how much success I'll have with customer support.

Thanks

Hello, @RemyGratwohl

The Nokia ONT would stay in the unit you do not have to return it to Rogers. The only equipment you would need to return is rental equipment like the Ignite Gateway Modem, WiFi Pods, or the Ignite Entertainment Box.
