Daily internet interruptions, 11 dB signal spread down 9dB up, No Ranging Response T3:
Tried online support, replaced modem but consistent random daily very short interruptions since new service this summer.
Usual symptom is streaming video stops and has to be manually resumed.
Yet speed is good above 500 / 20 Mbps
Signal levels exceed 6 dB spread . -3 to +8 dBmV down and 37 to 46 dBmV up
Single direct coax connection to CODA modem.
Not tried attenuator test.
Critical-No Ranging Response T3 occurs on the average 6 times every day
What is recommended?

That test is capturing some very consistent packet loss. Can you please confirm for us whether or not you have your own router connected to our modem? Can you also confirm whether or not you're using a VPN while running these tests?
