Thunderbird is no longer working for me so I've had to start using the Rogers-Yahoo email app.
But I can only sign into one of my 5 accounts at a time.
When I attempt to add an account and click "Next," I get an error message "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later." I must then go to the top toolbar and sign out . . . then I get back to the sign in page for the next account I'm trying to visit.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, is there a fix?
Thanks,
Dave

1. AFAIK, you can only sign into one e-mail address at a time using Webmail.
2. However, the latest version of Thunderbird on a PC should work with your regular (Webmail) password (doesn't work on Mac). You may need to do MFA (multi-factor authentication) when setting up accounts, sending an authorization number via text to a cell phone.
3. Cellphone or tablet apps like Mail (on Apple devices) or Gmail (on Android) work using the regular password (the one you use for Webmail).
4. Since March 2023 the App Password generator has not been working. See the following summary on that topic:
Many people have been switching to Gmail or similar non-ISP service to preclude this sort of issue in the future.

Thanks for your suggestion. One of my problems is that I do not have a smart phone and cannot receive SMS messages, so cannot do the MFA yet. Will buy a phone with voice, text and data plan tomorrow so I can get around this problem. Will get back to you when I have my phone and try your solution. Will also upgrade Thunderbird to the latest version.
Thanks.
Dave.

I now have a Galaxy A15 and can send sms, so later today, will do a Macrium image backup of my computer (for safety) and then upgrade my Thunderbird to the latest stable version (v132.0).
Hopefully this will work. Will let you know. Dave
