Cannot connect surface pro 4 to wifi

Switched back to Roger’s from bell and now my surface pro will not connect- says:can’t connect to this network. Tried connecting only to 2.4 vs 5, no luck. Help!

Did you happen to name your new network the same as your previous network with Bell? If so, please try to  "forget" the network on your device and see if you're able to connect afterwards.
