I cannot access discord.com when on one of my computers connected to Rogers Ignite home internet wifi.
When I visit discord.com on this computer when connected to another wifi network, there is no issue.
When I visit discord.com on another computer when connected to my Rogers Ignite home internet wifi, there is no issue.
The error shows in both Chrome and Edge as an ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error. When I open the certificate details, it says the certificate is from Rogers Communication Inc. Engineering. There is no CA or certificate chain attached to the certificate.
If i ping discord.com from the command line, it says:
PS C:\Users\lman> ping discord.com
Pinging ignitewifiblock.rogers.com [209.148.189.22] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
...so it appears to me that something on my Rogers Ignite modem/router is blocking discord.com.
I did a full factory reset of my router and Discord worked... for a few hours. Then I got this error again.
The device is assigned to a user profile on the Rogers Ignite Xfinity app. But I have Advanced Security disabled and Parental Controls disabled for the user profile, so this is not the culprit either.
I'm at a loss what to do. Any other troubleshooting steps or suggestions?
