I've cancelled my service with rogers but a cable burial still hasn't been cancelled. I've made 2 calls so far and each time they say they've escalated it and there are no updates. Today contractors showed up to take pictures, i wasn't home to talk to them. Even the temporary line was already taken down, how do i get this properly escalated and cancelled?

Having the cable buried and connected to the CSE box on your property is a wise decision because it will make reconnecting service super easy in the future.
