Not being able to send emails can be inconvenient. Are you not able to send/receive emails to only one of the Gmail contacts? 

 

More details can help in figuring out the issue:

  • Are you using a browser to send/receive emails on your iPhone?
  • Have you tried the default mail app to send/receive emails on your iPhone?
  • When was the last time sending/receiving an email to that Gmail contact worked for you?
