This is a real issue with your new modems which do not allow devices like DENON 1713 to log into network once it has a 192.0.0.0 address format instead the new 10.0.0.0
At least I am seeking help from other users who potentially have fixed it without your help which not that great as we all know.
I screen shot it and will email your managers if you decide to delete it.
If your product has issues it needs to be fixed and not hiden by marking it as spam.
I am a Roges customes since 2001 and bet your are not even that age, so please make sure you do the right thing if you like your job because I am tired of losing time fixing your garbage service.
Thank you

@kbhn -- download the Owner's Manual:
Open the PDF, and select page 103 of the document.
It recommends that you choose "DHCP" (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).
Then, a DHCP-request will return an IP-address something like "10.0.0.xxx".
This should solve your problem, by letting any of your devices also having a "10.0.0.xxx" IP-address to communicate with your DENON.
Note that when you select page 103, the page-number at the bottom of this page will show as page 100. So, if you are scrolling-through the document, look for page 100 (at the bottom of the page).
