Can no longer stream using discord

My son has been using discord to stream for quite some time, and now, although discord is running, he cannot stream.  It appears that it is being blocked by Rogers.  If he tried to use his phone to do the same thing (on wifi) it also doesn't work (so not his computer) but if he turns off wifi on his phone and just uses cell for internet, it works just fine.

We have not made any changes on our configurations.

Is anyone else having this problem?

As far as I know, there is nothing that you can do to unblock a site; the only thing that you can do is disable Parental Controls or disable Protected browsing. whichever is causing you problems.

However, one of the questions in the Parental Controls FAQ is:

What should I do if I find a blocked website that I don’t think should be?

Please contact us at ignitewifiblock@rci.rogers.com and we’ll take a look at the categorization of the website in question.

The Protected Browsing FAQ does not provide a contact address for reporting issues but I presume that the same email address could be used for that as well.
