k gonna bite the bullet soon since i am being forced to upgrade to ignite tv/internet
my problem being is i have 3tvs/4pcs/1tablet that i will be using.
the 2 possibly 3 tvs are going to be a problem with the wireless connection cause wireless is very flaky and there is no way i am going to pay for a pods to get better wireless for the tvs they should be provide free of charge since its rogers equipment that is not wrking the best for wifi.
i want to use as little as possible wife and stick with how things wrk now 4pc on the lan and 1 wireless tablet
but with the new modems thats not going to be possible from what i can see. since i have to add 2tv to the wireless possibly all 3 since i dont think there is enough lan ports to do all.
can some one suggest a way that i will be able to have 3tvs & 4pcs all on lan connection
TIA

You can add a unmanaged LAN switch. 5/8/16 port swittch will work with no effort on your part. Just CAT5 from the Modem to the switch. Then devices to the switch.
Take your pick...
I have a 24 port switch with 20 CAT5 connections. I like to use hard wiring instead of wireless for my devices like Ignite boxes, TV, AVR, PC, laptop, streaming device. About the only thing we have use wifi for is Phones and tablets. By house is wired for LAN connections.
