Ignite TV flips back to guide sporadically

While watching a channel on ignite tv it switches back to the guide on its own then i have to select the channel again. This happens quite often

Thank you for posting your issue in the community.

I can imagine how frustrating it is having the guide switch on by itself while you are watching a favourite tv show. Have you tried a restart of the Ignite Entertainment Box by removing the power cord for 10 seconds and then reconnecting it or by pressing the "A" button on your remote and select Restart.

Let us know if issues are persistent after a Restart.
