Ignite TV Sound loss

I have a Sony smart tv with a samsung soundbar hooked up to it via hdmi earc. All the smart TV apps work fine aswell as my PS5 sound coming from the soundbar. I would usually have the sound around 20 for it to get loud. But when I switch over to my ignite tv box I lose so much sound. I've tried switching out the rogers box, switching from stereo, to dolby digital to expert and even tried switching out the hdmi cable connected to the rogers box. If anyone has a fix it would be greatly appreciated as I have tried everything.

While we don't officially support third party sound bars, I just so happen to have a Samsung soundbar at home too, so I may be able to point you in the right direction.

I would recommend looking at the Smart Volume, DRC, Sound Effects and 3D Sound Plus. Make sure they're all turned down or, in the case of DRC, set to the most minimum setting and see if that helps.
