Hi, many of my movies and tv show episodes were automatically deleted. How do I get them back from the "cloud"? They were not in my recently deleted.

@Michelle38J : See the following link regarding recordings. You can record up to 200 hours, for up to a year. (second paragraph)

1. If your recordings are a year old, they will be automatically deleted.
2. If you're approaching the limit of 200 hours recordings that are marked "delete to make room" they will be deleted.
3. Sometimes a recording is corrupt and will be deleted, but that doesn't sound like the case here.
4. Tip - one should never run close to the limit to avoid issues. I recommend 80% max.
5. If they're not in your deleted folder or in your list of recordings, you are probably out of luck. Sorry
