I see how to do it on a phone, on my laptop there are no live buttons when I go My Rogers/TV/Exchange channels????

Works fine form me. I just tried. After you click on Exchange Flex Channels, give it a while to show all of the channels, then deselect a channel (with bold surrounding and a check mark) and add a new channel for each one that you deselect. You have to deselect one for each one you wish to add to keep things in balance.

@luciano12345 : Login to "MyRogers" using a browser and switch the browser to "desktop mode" if you're using a device like a phone or tablet (This thread references using a laptop). Then select your "TV" options after logging in to MyRogers and follow the instructions in my post above yours.
If you have issues, check out the link in my post above yours.
If you're using a device and the MyRogers app on a device, it should be possible there also under the "TV" options, but I never did that while I had Flex Channels.
