Once you have selected a different Flex channel, how long does it take before the channel appears in your guide?

A bit off-topic for this thread, but, no, there is no Digital Services Fee on IgniteTV. I never worry about the individual items in my bill. All I care about is the overall amount that I need to pay to get what I want.
