Good day,
So I have 2 problems that have just started today.
1) Playing a recorded show, any, the audio stops for 8-12 seconds occasionaly. Maybe every 5 mins.
2) Scheduled recordings only show out to 11/11. If I go into my ignite app or ignite web it shows records out for the full schedule.
I have hit it with a system refresh and restarted Xb7. This is happening on ALL boxes, XiOne and 2-Xi6-A. All boxes are hard wired with CAT5.

Just a quick thought before more help arrives ... For the scheduled recordings issue, have you tried a PVR Sync (Edit: Oops, I meant DVR Sync) from the settings? If not, give it a try.

Rogers - Settings - Device Settings - Sync DVR at the bottom of the list.
