HelloI looked at my invoice on a desktop and you are correct.  There was a notification saying there would be an increase. It was typed in light font and I could not see it on my phone.Thank you for your help in solving this.

There is usually a notification of increase in the bill/statement 3-4 months before the increase takes effect. Unfortunately, many people don't bother reading their bills, so they miss the notice.

Thank you for your reply. I have scrutinized the invoice, a few times, and compared to previous invoices. I'm still at a loss to why it went up. I'll contact rogers tomorrow and see what they say. I'll post the response once I get it.
