So I'm logged into my account and it keeps asking for my account number and postal code. Then it tells me the account is already linked to me, try another account number. I only have one account number and postal code and they are correct. Technical support has wasted many hours of my time with no actual help how difficult can it be to get me to be able to look at my account info when I'm already logged in
