Voip not working since the outage on Friday

I've been here awhile

My inter service has return but my VOIP is not working since the outage.

SIP/ALG has already been disabled.

I had to Voip line for many years with no issues, provider is Freephoneline

Please help. Thanks

Rebooting many times did not help. I had to do a hard reset to the modem to get my VIOP back online.

Have you tried rebooting the modem? Is that the only device having connectivity issues? Have you reached out to your Voip support? If yes, what was the outcome?
