Name Change in 411 directory

could someone please tell me how to change the name in the 411 Directory ?  It currently shows my husband's initials but he passed away this June.  I would like to change it to show my initial.  Thank you.

Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for your post! 

I am deeply sorry about your loss and truly understand why you're looking to have your home phone number identifying name changed.

We can send a request to modify your existing directory listing, and the first step would be changing the Outgoing Call Display. Any changes we submit will affect phonebook listings and online directories.

The update will be immediate on our end, but it may take up to 30 business days to be updated in the operator 4-1-1 database. 

Your modifications to the listing information will automatically be sent to various websites to be updated and will appear in the next version of the phonebook.

We have no agreements with online directory sites, but listings will eventually be updated on Canada411.ca, a site powered by Yellow Pages Group. 

Keep in mind that If your number has been saved in cell phones or phone sets, they will overwrite the call display information with the name stored on the device.

Hi - I haven't been able to find where I can request the name change for my home phone on My Rogers.  I see the Call Display feature but nothing about changing the Outgoing Call Display except for blocking.  I am not sure what to do ?

thats because its not something you can do yourself, you have to speak to an agent to do it
