could someone please tell me how to change the name in the 411 Directory ? It currently shows my husband's initials but he passed away this June. I would like to change it to show my initial. Thank you. ***Added Labels***

Hi - I haven't been able to find where I can request the name change for my home phone on My Rogers. I see the Call Display feature but nothing about changing the Outgoing Call Display except for blocking. I am not sure what to do ?
