How do I set up the Voicemail on my Ignite Home Phone service?

I just switched to Rogers Ignite Fibre and I can't figure out how to set up the mailbox on my home phone. All of the tutorials on here are for wireless... I tried pushing 1 and holding on my phone but that didn't work.... what next?

To access the voicemail you can dial *98 and then it will take you to your voicemail. Then you can set up the voicemail just like a regular cell phone voicemail.
