Started happening this week, call drops after 20 minutes talk time.
Could it be with the phone or does Rogers have to look into it?
Thanks in advance.

Are you using a cordless phone? Is it possible the handset battery is running down in that period of time? Does the handset show battery status, or signal status to the base station?
What happens when the call drops and you go to make another call? Can you do that? Do you get a dialtone? Time for you to do some more experimenting and provide more details.
Do you have a corded phone you can try?
