I received tickets via "Beyond the Seat" for today (July 28 2024) Texas Rangers game at the Rogers Centre and my tickets were for section RF100, Row GA0 - Seat 11 & 12.
My partner has severe scoliosis and can't stand for long periods of time and it turns out that the "seats" we were given were in an area without seats, just a crowded standing area. I just wanted to write and say while we're grateful that we were offered free tickets, we were excluded because we had to leave when we found out that we didn't actually have seats. Also due to his shorter height and disability, my partner couldn't even see over the crowd to watch the game.
It would be important to specify to customers that your free promo isn't accessible, and I wanted to let you know that it was disappointing to make the effort to get to the Rogers Center only to find out that our "seats" were nonexistent and we would have to leave.

According to a recent post  on the Rogers website, it was communicated that Rogers is hosting a contest to win Eras/Taylor Swift tickets for her upcoming Toronto shows. This is for the Beyond the Seat contest promotion. 

When one clicks the link, nothing connects.

Another message stated that entries would be emailed or texted to Roger's customers on July 30 and July 31st. 

Another link connects to another page stating 404/Nothing found, 

Did anyone receive a link to that contest?

I am a loyal Rogers customer for over 10 years, have the settings to receive offers, however, I did not receive any entry  links for the contest. Has anyone received a contest link for the Eras tour?

I wish that I could receive one.
