I'm new here

Rogers customer service is absolute garbage.  I preordered the S24 Ultra 512GB back in January before they were released. After the release date, I checked online to see when to expect my phone.  It didn't exist.  I received an email confirmation when I preordered that included an order ID number.  Called and spoke to a rep, that rep told me that I was a liar, that Rogers doesn't send out confirmation emails that include an order ID.  I asked for the supervisor, was never put in contact with the supervisor.  I asked for the email of the supervisor so that I could forward the confirmation email to them so they could verify it's authenticity.  Never given an email. I have called to speak with the retention department, as well as 3-4 other customer service reps, all of which assured me that they had fixed the issue and that my order will be arriving asap.  Called again today only to find out that not one of the reps or the retention department had actually done anything.  I placed the order again last night, online, and that is the only order that is in their system.  I was offered 3 months of Canada/USA calling for free for my hassles......I don't ever call the USA, so this is the most ridiculous offer I have ever heard.  Still at this point they have not rectified the problem.  I'm about to change carriers at this point.  VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

This is definitely not the way we would have liked for things to unfold. You mention that your issue has yet to be resolved. Can you kindly explain further? Are you saying that your latest order has also not been properly processed?
