We’d like to take a moment to discuss the importance of our Accepted Solutions and how adding accepted solutions to a thread is beneficial to the entire community!
We all come to the Rogers Community Forums in hopes of seeking out answers or solutions to problems that we are facing. These may have to do with our products and services, or maybe we have a concern with our billing or a question on how a process or policy works.
Whatever the case, we want to find the answer as quickly and efficiently as possible. By marking a post as an ‘Accepted Solution, this ensures that:
The post is pushed to the first page of the thread which makes it easier to find.
The post gets highlighted and marked clearly as an ‘Accepted Solution’.
Users do not have to sift through every page to find the answers they are looking for.
Please remember, when you post a new thread in the community, you become the author of that thread. It is important and appreciated by all community members if you remember to mark a post as resolved by hitting the Accept as Solution button once your question or issue has been resolved.
Not only is it helpful to other users who may be having the same problem, but it is also a friendly acknowledgement to the user who provided the help! 😊
