Windows 10 Mobile Rogers Apps Not Availalble

I recently upgraded my older Windows 8.1 phone to a Windows 10 mobile phone.  I can no find any rogers apps for my phone including the Simple Home Monitoring app. for my alarm system.  Does anyone know why?

We understand that not having access to your Smart Home Monitoring application could be an inconvenience and we are very sorry about that. However, at this time, the app in question is not yet available for Windows 10 Devices.
