Unlock Code

First timer here..please help. I need to unlock a Rogers phone I recently bought. When I put my sim in its says I need Rogers network code..please HELP

hi,

all new phones sold should come unlocked, however if thats not the case for what ever reason simply call up customer service and ask for the unlock code, its easy as pie, when i was a mobile customer, i called in and received my unlock code within speaking 5 mins to an agent, pretty neat eh?
