Samsung Galaxy Note 5 / S6 edge + Reservation numbers / Questions

As you noticed today Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 5. I watched the announcement at work while it was going on.  Here are some specs on it! 

• Android 5.1 Lollipop, TouchWiz
• 5.7inch Quad-HD Super Amoled (2560×1440)
• Exynos 7420 octa-core (2.1GHz quad + 1.5GHz quad) 64bit, 14nm
• 4GB of RAM
• 32 GB storage (No SD card slot) 
• Non-removable 3,000 mAh battery with Fast Charging
• 16MP rear camera F1.9 lens and OIS (optical image stabilization)
• 5MP front-facing camera
• WiFi N, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS and NFC
• 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm
• 171g
• Wireless charging
• SPen
• 4G LTE enable

Rogers will be selling it for $359.99 on a 2-year term, $860 no-term  and the reservation system will be open as of August 14th. 

Rogers will be releasing this device ON August 21st in 32GB sapphire black it seems but hopefully they add the more GB later on.

Well let's see how this plays, I know a lot of people like the note series (myself included) maybe it will still call my name when I see the demo at the store, or if i can play with one earlier.

Honestly i don't know. I spoke to a few of my work buddies and they told me they won't go for Samsung anymore neither will they go to the Note 5. Samsung disappointed many customers and potential customers with this.

Note Edge? Maybe i'll get that. It's an upgrade regardless to me, since I have Note 3.
-__-" wish it was not as disappointing as it is, IR Blaster is one of the biggest things I use. I guess I can always do it with the gear. *sigh*
So what would be a compariable option? (Maybe should create another post for this)

I dont know about the edge. Will watch movie or stuff have distortion because of the screen? I may go with the edge+. I dont know if I would realy use the stylus anyway. I want the 64 gb lol

I had everone of the note series and even the edge. So I reserved the note 5 and am number 9 in line. I can try it and see or send back I guess

Honestly i liked the edge but the battery died fast even with quick charge. I may also go for the edge+ & get the new iPhone when it comes out.

I would say get the device that will suit you & the device u want. If it does not have a 64either get one that does or have a cloud storage.

@Meowmix - 15 days or 30 mins. That's the limit for buyer's remorse (to return the device)
So you can try device out but don't hit either of the numbers....

I did reserve, not the note 5 thought. I pre order the edge+ 64GB. No 64 gb for note 5 so 😞

Yeah unfortunately only the edge+ has 64GB but it cost alot 😞

My biggest fear with the note 5 I ordered is the battery life... I currently have a note 3 with a 10000mah zero lemon case/battery and at the end of the day I can often drain it down pretty low... what the point of having an amazing phone if you can't use it lol
