Pay As You Go Webpages displaying in mixed French and English

Whenever I am topping up my Pay As You Go plan or looking at account plans,  the webpages are displayed in mixed French / English.  If I select French at the top, everything displays in French, but when I select English, I get both French and English. This has been like this for years.

I am not running any extensions in Chrome and have never used, or know how to use auto-translate.

Did you try Chrome Incognito?

I just tried Chrome Incognito and everything on the Top Up page was in English.

If it works properly with Incognito, this usually  means there's an issue with your cookies or cache in your browser. If you clear the appropriate Rogers cookies and your cache, you may then get Chrome working without using Incognito.
