Having feature/stability/performance issues with my Keyone and noticed that neither the OS nor Security patch has been updated in over a year even tough they were announced. Updates just keeps on coming back "your system is up to date" . Really? Rogers support has not been much help.
Is is time to get off this Keyone due to lack of any support.

I appreciate posting your concern in the Community. Your KEYone device should be on the April Security update; it may not download the update if there is not enough storage available to apply the update. Have you tried Backup & reset on your device?
Thanks. I have over 10GB available. Back-up/reset not an option due to apps that wo upon resetuld require much reinstall and config time. It should just update. Any way to force update rather than check for it?
