Thank you for posting your query in the Community. In order for the Internet to work the top four lights on the modem must be lit and solid. If the Us, Ds or the @ lights are flashing it usually means the modem is offline. It could be a single fault or multiple modems issue if there is a service interruption in the area.
By "status led" do you mean the fourth light? If the top three lights are On & solid and the fourth light is off, then it's a provisioning issue.
