iPhone 15 Pro not ringing

Tried to fire up new phone from my iPhone 14, can’t get new iPhone 15 pro to ring and have reset the old one thinking that may have been the problem… help please. !

1. Do you have the volume on the phone set to an appropriate level?

2. Do you have the ringer switch set to "on".

3. Do you have your settings for ringer set to choose an appropriate ring tone - often when you select a particular tone or a different tone, it should give you a sample of what that sounds like. (Settings - Sounds & Haptics - Ringtone.)  Check all the other sound settings...
