The last few days, when I try to call out on my iPhone 10, it always shows calling but nothing happens and then it cuts out- call failed message appears.
Has been going on for 3 days, doesn’t matter who I call.
I can accept calls normally.
In Vancouver

Hello @bctechnology,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post!
That is strange that you are unable to make calls, but you can receive them. Do you notice your signal strength when this issue is occurring. How many signal bars do you have on your phone? Is this location specific? Is this happening everywhere or only when you are at a specific location? Is this issue occurring with all numbers that you are dialing (local and international)?
If you can let us know some more information and we will be glad to assist you.
Regards,
RogersJermaine

location is not specific.. happens randomly .. don't use it much in a day, in fact, rarely.. had to turn it off, wait for a few minutes and try again .. based in vancouver, bc

Tried 3 other numbers.. all local and same result

Good afternoon @bctechnology!
I would recommend a Network Settings Reset in a situation like this with an iPhone.
If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Should you still be getting call failures, we'll need to troubleshoot further and potentially escalate a ticket. Please feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.
Regards,
