I’ve been trying for days now to connect to Wifi Calling with no success. Where I am (Grenada), will not let me dial out on any carrier saying “I’m not allowed”. When I try and turn on the Wifi Calling, it gives me this message “ We're currently processing your Rogers Wi-Fi Calling registration. This could take a few minutes, so we'll send you a text when it's complete. Thanks for your patience! Should you not receive a text message, please contact us at *611.”
I never get that text, and I cannot dial *611 because I’m not allowed to make outgoing calls.
What’s up with this? I’ve missed xmas calling to family, now new years.

Greetings @dxb4889!
In a situation like this, we'll need to troubleshoot by looking at your account to make sure that everything that's supposed to happen at the account level to activate WiFi Calling has happened properly.
If I discover issues at the account level, I should be able to fix it. If not, I'll need to escalate a ticket to have this matter investigated further.
Feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.
Regards,
RogersCorey

That's not usually how it works. As indicated in the post above yours, message them. Here are the instructions in a different way:
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while they get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
