Unable to pair with previously “Forgotten” Bluetooth device.

I've been around

I have an iphone14 pro. I Bluetooth-paired my new Crusher Ear Phones to my phone, but then paired it to a portable speaker, and inadvertently clicked on “forget device”. Now I cannot re-pair my ear phones to my iPhone as it will not show up on my “devices” list when pairing. Any suggestions?

Hi @regmuir,

You may need to reset your headphones back to default for it to enter pairing mode for the device to show up on your iPhone's Bluetooth list. The button layout may differ depending on the model headphones you have, but you may need to press and hold the top and bottom buttons for at least 2 seconds until you see the LED start flashing. Then check to see if you see it on your iPhone being available to pair.
