Did Rogers call you or did you call every second day? In September I saw a deal on the iPads so I called Rogers to get an iPad Pro 256GB and was told it was backordered and to call back. I called back every month and was told it was bacordered. Then called in mid December and was told they would no longer honour the deal they offered back in September. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is how they repay the long term customers? So disappointed in the service or lack of. Makes you want to look at other providers.
iPad pro 11 backorder
I’ve been waiting for an iPad Pro 11 I ordered on May 15th.
Every time I call to check in, they keep telling me it’s back ordered even though it was supposedly in stock when I placed the order.
Anybody know how long they’ll be on back order for? Am I looking at two more months of wait?

Two months really is a long time for a device to be delayed. In scenarios where a device is severely back ordered or delayed, one of our offline teams does reach out to the customer via phone. Have you received any such calls or voicemails? When was the last time you received an email communication about your order?
I would recommend you to call 1-877-224-9832 (option 3) to inquire about the nature of the delay and next steps.
