A warm welcome to our community and thanks for sharing your concern! It's definitely odd that these issues happened to arise around the time you made your price plan change! Changing your plan should not cause the types of issues mentioned.
We just need some more info to better understand your situation
Do you recall if any blocks were recently added to your services? Have you made any changes to your device settings that may be causing these issues? Are ALL android devices not receiving your picture/video messages or only a select few? Do other Apple devices receive these types of messages okay?
Please try rebooting your device and retest to see if the same problems continue. Feel free to share the results here so we can troubleshoot with you further if needed. 🙂
