Hi Ihave a problem with caller id. We have two SIM cards on both of them outgoing caller id is my sister’s name whose id we gave to you. But we want different caller ids on both sim cards. We need help.

When you activated your lines you also had the ability to optionally specify a username for any of the lines. The username will become the outgoing caller ID name, if you did not specify it during the time of activation, it would have defaulted to the account holders name for all the lines.
I'm happy to see there is an option to change it in the self serve, but you run into issues trying to do it online you can also call a customer service agent and I'm sure they should also be able to do it for you too.
